For the fourth year in a row, DeLaval staff across the globe will come together to celebrate World Milk Day – 1 June.
The day to commemorate milk was chosen by FAO, the Food and Agriculture Organisation of the United Nations, as many countries were already celebrating a national milk day on or around this time.
This day is an opportunity, not only for DeLaval but for everyone within the dairy value chain, to focus attention on milk and to publicise activities connected with milk and the industry. Several DeLaval offices, around the world are now gearing up to honour this day in various ways.
