Maintaining the quality of milk depends on many aspects of skilful dairy management. DeLaval has launched a VMS approved products package with liners, milk filters, detergents, teat dips and oil. These milking essentials have been selected for compatibility with DeLaval voluntary milking system VMS and marked with a special seal of approval: VMS approved.
The VMS approved quality mark identifies products that best match the specific needs of the voluntary milking system.
They are all DeLaval originals and have been through extensive testing to ensure the highest functionality and performance.
A new milk filter is included in the VMS approved products. The blue filter is made in a non-woven, wet-laid fabric for efficient filtration and protection. DeLaval VMS filter is solely manufactured by DeLaval, and may be purchased from March 2008.
This milk filter has been custom made to protect the quality of VMS milk yields, at every milking – every day.
