For two years now DeLaval staff – all across the globe – have taken the opportunity to celebrate FAO’s World Milk Day in honour of milk, this nutritious and great tasting beverage.
Last year DeLaval companies in Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Benelux, Canada, and the U.S. honoured the milk in many different ways. Amongst other things a milk moustache competition was organised and tasty milkshakes were handed out to pedestrians and passers-by in Peterborough, Canada.
“World Milk Day is an excellent opportunity to show how proud we are about the industry we work in”, says Carina Kit, Public Relations Manager, DeLaval International AB.
