DeLaval cow mats CM20 / 25

	What is this?

Millions of trapped, pressurised gas bubbles make up over 80 per cent of the volume of the new DeLaval comfort mat range. They absorb pressure, especially the heavy load put on knees when cows lie down. The rest of the mat comprises fresh, high quality rubber that meets the same standards required for children’s toys. It contains no recycled or crumbed rubber. The material is non-adsorbent meaning it is easier to keep dry and clean. A range of DeLaval cow mat accessories simplifies fitting.

DeLaval cow mat CM20

A basic 20 mm thick mat that provides a good standard of comfort. Black in colour and available in cubicle width from 110 to 130 cm.

DeLaval cow mat CM25

Contains 25 per cent more material than the CM20, for greater shock absorption and longer life.

CM25 is khaki-green, CM25UV is blue. The mat is 25 mm thick and available in two cubicle widths.

With comfort mats only a small amount of bedding material should be used, enough to take care of manure, dirt and liquids. Extensive use of bedding material will only cause problems since it will "get under the mat" and there by drastically affect the life span of the Comfort mat.
