DeLaval brisket board BB120 & BB100

Blue brisket boards with a soft, rounded plastic arch to replace concrete or wooden brisket barriers in barn stalls. The gentle curves allow cows to step ahead on rising and permit natural leg extensions while lying down. It allows cows to lie comfortably in natural positions while preventing them from moving too far forward in the stall. Being able to stretch the front leg increases cow comfort and resting time. As milk is produced while cows are resting, encouraging more rest time should increase milk production.

DeLaval brisket board BB120 & BB100 are constructed with impact resistant durable HDPE. The smooth round surface is easy on your animals as it has no rough or hard edges. The brisket board is light weight, easy to handle and to install. 

Advantages

	DeLaval BB120 has an end cap which provides stability – helping to hold the brisket board in place. These boards can be linked together almost seamlessly, very practical for large cubicle installations.
	DeLaval BB100 is a stand alone brisket board which allows for flexible installations between posts. Sloping ends provide for cow safety, preventing legs becoming trapped between board and post.

DeLaval cubicle band

Features

The flexible cubicle band is a gentle way to guide the cow in the cubicle. Fixed as a front band it makes it possible to replace the front pipe for some cubicle dividers, providing a larger space. Fixed as a neck band it hides the neck rail and provides a softer and more comfortable solution. The cubicle band is suitable for every cubicle solution. Fixed with a flat iron on every divider it prevents friction or deformation.

Advantages

With a DeLaval cubicle band installed, the cow feels comfortable when entering the cubicle and can calmly rise up in one movement. This helps avoid hard collisions and injuries from the neck pipe.
