Insulators and accessories

	What is this?

Good insulators are required to insulate the fencing wire from the post, unless lightweight posts fitted with insulators are used. Avoid small-diameter reel insulators with high-power fence energizers. It is important to keep the staple that fixes the wire to the fence well away from the insulator and to have ample separation between the wire and the post. Ring insulators are excellent. They keep the wire and the post well-separated, and are very reliable against creeping currents.

Tensulators are suitable for end and corner posts. They also act as wire tensioners. They are first-rate insulators because only the nylon wire comes into contact with the post. Installing tensulators is quick and easy. The product is also 100 % rust-free, made in plastic and stainless steel.

Insulators

	DeLaval ring insulator Strong ring insulators with a well insulated conductor placed towards the wooden post. For metal wires, ropes and tapes up to 9 mm wide.
	Ring insulator standard For tapes up to 40 mm. For ropes up to 8 mm.
	Reinforced ring insulator Super strong ring insulator made of polycarbonate. With longer supporting nail. For tapes up to 10 mm. For ropes up to 2 mm
	Tape end/corner insulator New insulator with no risk of loosing the screw as it is fixed with a nut. Connector plate For tape end/corner insulator to start of end a fence line. Connects an energizers or gate. Ideal three-way junction.

Accessories

	DeLaval connectors Tape to tape, max 40mm. Energizer to tape, up to 40 mm. Energizer to rope, up to 6 mm.
	Gate handle tension limiter (blue) Super strong gate handle made of polycarbonate. Transparent for easy supervision. Durable long lasting compression spring.
	Roll gate kit Flexible gate for openings up to 5.5 m. Includes tape roll (10 mm), gate handle tension limiter and gate insulator.
	DeLaval solar cell panels By using solar cell panels together with a battery energizer, you can maintain and also extend battery life. Choose between the different sizes depending on sun hours and energy consumption.
	DeLaval switch Is used to de-electrify a part of the fence or entire fence
	DeLaval volt alarm To be placed directly on the rope or tape. Can be set to give you an alarm (flashing light) when fence voltage drops below the two pre-set levels of 2 000 V or 4 000 V.
	DeLaval fence tester Shows that there is voltage running through the fence. Up to 10.000 V
	Warning sign Place every 100 m where people are passing.
	DeLaval earthing rod An angled profile gives maximum surface contact with the ground, which improves earthing and reliability. 115 cm.
