	What is this?

The choice of posts depends on the type of fence being erected. Permanent fences are built with wooden posts. Only pressure-treated pine posts are strong enough for permanent fences.

For movable fences, choose lightweight fibreglass, plastic or spring steel. These lightweight posts are easy to carry and very easy to erect. But remember, always use timber posts for corner posts even for moveable fences.

Wooden posts

Use impregnated wooden posts along fences with bigger dimensions and for corner posts. Preferably use pre-stretched, triple-galvanized wire on UV-resistant black insulators. Note that pre-stretched wires will stretch minimally after installation. Remember that earthing is very important.

DeLaval fibreglass post BW110/150

These posts are ideal for temporary fencing. 50 of these lightweight, easy to carry, stable and strong posts weigh just six kilograms. The foot makes the post easy to drive into the ground and provides good fixation. The post is equipped with two insulators and the height of the lower one is adjustable. The insulators can handle tapes (up to 12 mm), wires and ropes.

Steel posts are used for temporary fences and preferably when the ground is hard.   Oval spring steel post, with a multi-purpose insulator Grey coloured, 105 cm posts for cattle.   Steel post top insulator  25 pcs.
