Links DeLaval cell counter DCC to your PC
DeLaval database kit DCC adds a database to the DeLaval cell counter DCC enabling the DeLaval DCC to store cell count data from both the bulk tank and cow (quarter milk or composite). The database is unlocked by registering the product license number and this is easily done via an Internet connection. Once the new software is installed on your PC, the PC is ready to receive somatic cell count (SCC) data. You simply connect your DeLaval DCC via a cable with the PC then send the data to your new software. If you have ALPRO™ PC software for Windows®, version 6.5, the SCC data will be automatically assigned to the right cow or into the Milk Shipment menu. If you are used to other calculation programs, just import your SCC data then go ahead with your own lists and graphs. It is a useful tool for all DeLaval DCC user groups, from farmers and veterinarians to milk quality advisors or small labs.

SCC data in DCCWin
With DeLaval database kit DCC you can print out cow check lists to take into the barn. There’s now a better overview via long-term storage of all cell count data per cow (quarter milk, total composite milk) and bulk tank. You can easily detect any changes in the bulk tank’s cell count and it’s easy to work with the mastitis history of individual cows throughout all lactations. It’s also simple to detect any critical SCC changes using graphical displays. And if the kit is used by a veterinary diagnostic service there’s also a better overview per customer.
