Unique flow-controlled milking with Duovac™ adapts the milking procedure to the cow’s physiology. When there is no milk flow, Duovac™ gently massages the cow’s teats using low vacuum to stimulate milk let-down. When milk flow is detected, the unit switches from stimulation phase to milking phase with a normal vacuum level. This achieves fast and complete milk-out. When the milk flow drops again, Duovac™ returns to a low vacuum, post-milking phase. A visual indicator signals when the unit is ready to be removed.
Milking unit MU210 has a flow indicator with a rubber bellow that gives information when a cow has finished milking and the cluster can be removed.

Duovac™ adapts the milking procedure to the real milk flow avoiding higher vacuum levels when there is no flow.
Duovac allows you to attach the milking cluster directly after cleaning, when you normally would wait 30 to 60 seconds before attachment. This heavily simplifies your milking routine.
The rubber bellow on the flow indicator shows you when the cow has finished milking. This bellow deflation can be easily seen from some distance – preventing unnecessary walking and bending down to check if the cow has finished milking.
