For maximum throughput
Operational efficiency is maximised from the moment cows enter the GE/GI (Gang Exit/Gang Index) parallel parlour, to their rapid release. The GE/GI parallel parlour helps increase throughput. Gang Index positions the first gang and allows the operator to begin attaching units while the other gang is being loaded, reducing time between first cow in and last unit attached. Gang Exit lets you release each gang as they finish without waiting for all the gangs to finish. With Gang Exit you can keep the parlour full, even during string changes increasing throughput by up to seven percent.
The absence of steel-to-steel wear points in the GE/GI parallel parlour’s construction, helps provide years of uninterrupted service. More than half the standard parlour components are made of heavy-duty stainless steel. You can also choose the all stainless steel version for even more corrosion protection.

Cows enter this parlour quickly because they have a shorter distance to walk compared to other parlour layouts. To prevent cows from preloading - overlapping sequencing gates close automatically when each cow exits their stall. A wide cow entry lane lets cows enter their stalls without making a sharp turn. GE/GI parlour has adjustable powered indexing that applies the right amount of pressure to move cows into position. It promotes free cow flow, using features like open bottom neck rail, floor-mounted sequencing gates, and smooth, rounded surfaces which reduce impact plus friction. Control stations located at every gang make it very convenient to operate.
