Compact and efficient
DeLaval parallel parlour P2100 is designed for efficiency. It enables high throughput with fast milking and quick changes from one cow group to the next. The compact design means short walking distances for both cows and staff, and also helps to keep building costs under control. DeLaval parallel parlours are equipped with air controlled indexing systems. When a group has been milked, they are released via air controlled front exits.
The functional design of DeLaval parallel parlour P2100 is evident all the way from the upper cabinets to pit edges. It enables speedy cleaning, with vital operating parts safely concealed. The durable framework is designed to last, and the air controlled parlour system is reliable and easy to service. Optional components available include upper, curb and light cabinets. They are made in stainless steel.
DeLaval P2100 is designed with milkers in mind. Hose supports and LED udder spot lights facilitate accurate positioning of the milking cluster; the cluster cleaner is at the correct height; and the optional light cabinet keeps sight lines clearly lit. The optional DeLaval adjustable floor can be adjusted up or down to suit the milker's height.
DeLaval P2100 also keeps your cows comfortable. A wide walking lane, a spacious turning area and front exit segments, with open lower space make it easy for cows to enter and exit their milk place. Cows also have a natural and comfortable position during milking since there are no horizontal bars.
