If the milking parlour has the ALPRO herd management system the cow is identified and the milker will receive information about this cow on the display at the MPC. The milker is now ready to prepare the udder and attach the cluster. The platform rotates continuously and slowly all the time.
If the milking parlour is equipped with milk meters, the milk flow is now measured and registered during the milking. When the milk flow begins to fade, the ACR system will automatically remove the cluster and the milking session ends for the cow. |
