Vacuum

Vacuum is the driving force behind quality milk production, so the DeLaval range of vacuum systems is designed to meet heavy duty demands. Check out the high capacity DeLaval multi-pump solution, and note the substantial energy saving possibilities with DeLaval DVPF pumps, which have electronic control to regulate vacuum pump speed. Two high capacity pumps have been added at the top of the vane vacuum pump range, DeLaval DVP2300 and DVP2700F.

	DeLaval vacuum pump BVP	The DeLaval vacuum pump BVP can cope with all basic plant capacities and gives a well-proven reliability. DeLaval oil recirculation system ORS is an optional extra that reduces noise levels, while at the same time lowering the oil emission in the air.
	DeLaval vacuum pump DVP	DeLaval vacuum pump DVP is a vane pump, the latest in vacuum technology. Reliable and efficient, the DVP is direct-driven (no belts) for safety and low maintenance. DeLaval vacuum pump DVP range: 800, 1200, 1600 and 2300.
	DeLaval vacuum pump DVPF	DeLaval vacuum pump DVPF with built in frequency inverter and integrated DeLaval vacuum pump controller VPC. The frequency inverter makes it possible to regulate vacuum pump speed: top speed for cleaning, much lower for milking. This makes for quieter milking and reduced power consumption. Energy savings can be from 30% to 60%. Huge vacuum capacity is offered with DeLaval multi-pump solution: up to three DVP2700F controlled by one VPC can manage up to 80 milking points simultaneously.
	DeLaval vacuum pump LVP	The quiet DeLaval vacuum pump LVP is a heavy-duty, high-performance, oil-free lobe vacuum pump which can handle 3000 to 6000 litres per minute. The LVP can be installed with variable speed drive VSD. The DeLaval variable speed drive VSD gives an even and accurate vacuum level by adjusting the pump speed. VSD also reduces energy costs by up to two thirds and helps extend pump life.
