Clusters SG

What is this?

More than 50 sheep and goat breeds are milked worldwide

Among them you will naturally find different udder and teat shapes, different yields and different milking routines. DeLaval has a broad range of clusters to fit every case, from the rustic merino sheep to the top yielding Saanen goat.

Almatic™ cluster S10/G10

Almatic™ clusters have been successfully tried and tested by DeLaval customers the world over for more than twenty years. The main feature is the Almatic™ concept, where an automatic shut-off valve is integrated in the teat cup. This makes the cluster very easy to use by reducing the number of manual operations for the milker. It also avoids accidental air entrance during attachment or if the cluster falls due to kick-off. Almatic™ cluster G50

Based on the well-known Almatic™ concept, Almatic™ cluster G50 is specially designed for flocks of high-yielding goats. The special membrane/valve system balances vacuum and flow variations, permitting rapid milk flow of up to eight litres per minute. Reduced vacuum fluctuations and no teat wash, lower the risk of fall-off plus cross-infection. The risk of mastitis is also dramatically reduced.

Almatic™ cluster G50+

Lightweight with high flow Almatic™ cluster G50+ has been specifically designed to milk high yielding goats. The special membrane/valve system balances out vacuum and flow variations to help ensure fast, complete milk-out even at high flow rates. Almatic™ G50+ is in the latest generation of clusters to use this proven principle.
The new ‘waving’ blue teat cup is easier to handle during milking, with an improved bayonet opening for mounting or dismounting,  and the transparent bottom section gives clear visibility.

DeLaval clusters SG-TF80

Fast milking and udder care are the main priorities of DeLaval clusters SG-TF80. The range is based on the successful Harmony™ concept (central tubular milk extraction). Liners are connected directly to the claw to avoid restrictions from the inlet nipples. Incoming milk is distributed over the claw base and extracted through the centre pipe into the long milk tube. It can evacuate up to eight litres per minute with excellent vacuum stability. Optimal materials (silicone and rubber), lightweight teat cups and correct positioning help ensure that it matches teats perfectly. It comes in two versions Low Line (LL) and MidiLine™ (ML), each with four different liner types.

DeLaval cluster SG-TF100

This cluster adds a range of attractive new features to those already found on the TF80. The result is a cluster with significantly better handling and hygiene. This claw fits the hand like a glove with its rounded shape, light weight and moulded grip. An integrated push/pull button operates the shut-off valve. Smooth surfaces help keep the cluster free from dirt and simplify cleaning. Thanks to its bayonet opening, you can open the claw at any time just by twisting SG-TF100 is the perfect cluster to combine with DeLaval take-off SG. Its special shut-off valve (a vacuum-operated membrane) allows your plant to be upgraded with automatic take-off, for a lower cost than plants with conventional clusters.
