DeLaval Ltd has a rewarding and varied opportunity for a full time Customer Service Manager to join their friendly team based in Te Rapa, Hamilton.
Reporting to the Sales Management Director, your main objective is to enhance the DeLaval brand and the Dealer / DeLaval relationship by providing exceptional customer service to external and internal customers. You will manage the order processing activities and respond and investigate all queries in a professional manner. This will be achieved through the effective management of processes, people and resources, and by building collaborative and effective relationships across the DeLaval network.
In this role, your day-to-day activities will include:
- Maintaining, building and enhancing key relationships both internally and externally
- Positive collaboration with other key stakeholders
- Drive the performance of the Customer Desk Team through accuracy, timeliness whilst upholding the Corporate Governance Polices
- Responding to escalated enquiries
- Assist Dealers, Farmers and DeLaval staff with various queries in relation to sales and service activities
- Administration activities that achieve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
The successful candidate will have relevant experience in managing or supervising a successful team. Your experience in a wholesale sales environment whilst maintaining sound customer service processes will see you excel.
In this role you'll be liaising with both internal and external clients, so excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills are vital. A commitment to quality and excellence is a required asset. Importantly, you'll be confident, assertive and inspirational to the close knit customer desk team.
You will need to be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and have a working knowledge with SAP or similar ERP system.
