Cubicle design should promote cow comfort and easy cleaning, while decreasing the risk of cow injuries. The cubicle’s lying area must be well-drained and comfortably bedded to encourage maximum cow lying time.
Advantages
DeLaval CFH5 is a free-hanging, single and double row cubicle divider that is fitted to the wall and brisket board. It has a two-inch frame with a 1½ inch telescopic back part. This makes the divider adjustable to the length of the cubicle and provides high comfort for all cow sizes. A mattress system and deep straw can be used with this option.
