Service Technician - DeLaval dealer Stephen Moore Farm Machinery Ltd - NI
Due to expansion, we are recruiting a DeLaval Service Technician to work on DeLaval conventional and robotic milking equipment covering counties Antrim, Armagh, Down, and Derry/Londonderry.
Responsibilities:
- Servicing/installation and attending breakdowns of milking equipment
- Providing our customers with professional service and advice
- Planning and communicating with your team and customers
- Work in a professional, clean, organised and tidy manner
- Health & Safety aware within the working environment
- Ability to do out of hours call out rota
Skills required:
- Mechanical and electrical experience
- Good IT literacy required as daily use of laptop is required
- Good numeracy and literacy
- Competent knowledge of the dairy industry preferred
- Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in Fitting or Service would be desirable
- Background/ experience in the dairy industry an advantage
- Able to multitask and prioritise workload
- Flexible and able to quickly change between task or changing situation
- Full UK driving license and ability to travel as required
Salary: Dependent on experience
Benefits: Company van and mobile phone will be provided.
Working days: Mon – Fri and weekends as required.
