Your DeLaval Plus Service is active once available in DeLaval Plus (after technical installation and commissioning by you DeLaval representative). From activation of a DeLaval Plus Service license, unless otherwise specified, subscriptions continue for 12 months and will be automatically renewed (and invoiced) for consecutive 12 month periods (at the prevailing fees) unless terminated no later than 1 month prior to the renewal date.

DeLaval Plus Management, Analyses and Predictions are about providing you with tools that turn all the data collected on your farm into actionable, easily understood information to help you make fast, accurate decisions that will benefit your animals, your workforce and your profitability.

This 12-month subscription includes:

• DeLaval Plus Analyses, where we analyse current performance which helps you get insights for improvements. For you to make decisions on how to improve your farm performance, we turn your historical data into goal-oriented opportunities. We support you in understanding what happened on the farm, and what needs to happen to improve your farm performance
• DeLaval Plus Predictions, based on data from your DeLaval VMS™, or other DeLaval Sensor data, anticipate future outcomes so that you can plan and act accordingly. Providing you with forecasts of future states of animal health, inventory, or with which you can intervene earlier to optimise your milking, feeding, reproduction and health performance
• DeLaval Plus Management includes DelPro FarmManager, Alerts and Companion which are key tools in the DeLaval Plus ecosystem, helping you to turn all your data into decisions to manage your dairy farm efficiently and profitably. You set your management objectives and targets, and DelPro makes sure you have everything you need to put your plans into action, all the information to monitor and adjust those plans, and the alerts and analysis to stay on track. The integration with Companion means all the data, action lists and tasks for the day are with you anytime on the farm.

Flow-Adjusted Vacuum speeds up the milk-extraction by lifting the vacuum level when high milk flow is available and then reducing level again once high flow has ended. This is avoiding the inevitable trade-off between udder-health and productivity that is created by a fixed vacuum level over the entire milking process. ​ 

Once you have purchased Flow-Adjusted Vacuum, Alerts - a DeLaval Plus application is included to inform you if recorded vacuum levels deviate.

This 12 month subscription includes:

• Alerts, that notifies you when the measured vacuum levels on your system deviate from expectations

With DeLaval Plus Behavior Analysis you have a tool that seamlessly integrates into your operation to give you and your team total visibility and oversight of your cows 24/7.

Once you have purchased one of the Behaviour Analysis system(s), the DeLaval Plus Behaviour Analysis Service is here to support you find sick cows, find cows in heat and find a cows' location (with BA300).

This 12 month subscription includes the following for the different systems:

BA300 system

• Cow's localiztion and time budgets
• Heats and breeding list
• Rumination and eating behaviour

DeLaval Plus Behaviour Analysis service is available to you at no additional cost.

To be able to use the DeLaval Plus Services, you need an internet connection. Then all it takes is the addition of an edge server (ICA1) to your connected farm, which we will supply at no cost to you (DeLaval Recommended Price €1000). Note: You will be liable for any taxes and customs duties and charges applicable to the importing of the edge server to your country of choice. Once the edge server is installed, your farm is connected to the cloud, and to DeepBlue. And because milking never stops – critical cloud-based services continue to be operational even if the internet is not.
