DeLaval has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Sales Engineer to join us, the region for the sales position is Jingjinji.
Reporting to Service manager, you'll be responsible to achieve the outstanding sales performance, make the whole sales deals more profitable.
More specifically, your work will include below key deliverables:
- Reach the sales targets
- Increase the marketing share of the related region, expand the direct sales and dealer business together.
- Continue improving customer satisfaction
- Continue promoting DeLaval’s branding in the whole market
- Good management on individual cost control
To be considered, you will need to meet below criteria:
- Good English/Chinese Language skills
- Farm or mechanical background
- Strong communication skill
- Ability to organize people and resources working on projects
- 3 plus years of sales experience, especially on cow related industry experience
- Experience of Dairy Industrial is preferred
- Strong commercial sense
