Service Engineer

Hebei, Henan, Shandong, Inner Mongolia

DeLaval has several exciting opportunities for full-time Service Engineers to join us in the cites of Hengshui, Zhumadian, Zibo, Jinan and Hohhot.

Reporting to Service manager, you'll be responsible to continue improving our service level to be the top one in the market and to improve selling & service contract amount as well as to add value to our customer.

More specifically, your work will include below key deliverables:

  • 100% customer satisfied rate. Build good relationship with the customer.
  • Sales of consumables, components and service with profit.
  • Preventative Call /Emergency call completed on time.
  • Low repeated service call.

To be considered, you will need to meet below criteria:

  • Above Associate Degree, major in mechanical, electrical engineering or farming
  • Commercial Knowledge & basic selling skill
  • Over 3 years working experience
  • Familiar with low voltage electricity equipment.
  • Familiar with office software
  • English level above CET – 4
  • Willing to be always on business travel
  • Electrician Certificate is a plus
  • Cooling knowledge is a plus
  • Farm working experience is a plus
