IDF highlights DeLaval’s Women in Blue initiative

The International Dairy Federation | Fédération Internationale du Lait (IDF) has featured DeLaval’s North American Women’s Initiative – Women in Blue (WiB) in its Women in Dairy report. This global publication celebrates programmes that empower women across the dairy value chain, highlighting WiB as a strong example of fostering inclusion and leadership within the industry.

It was a double celebration, as this recognition comes at a special time – WiB is celebrating its 10th anniversary.

What exactly does WiB do?
WiB, our North American employee resource group, was created to attract, develop and retain talented women. It provides a supportive community where employees can share ideas, address challenges and shape solutions that promote both career growth and personal wellbeing.

This matters because diversity drives innovation. By championing gender balance, we strengthen DeLaval’s culture and enhance our ability to serve the global dairy industry.

Over the past decade, WiB has championed diversity and inclusion through:
