VMS PRO, short for Voluntary Milking System Professional Robotics Operators, serves, educates, and rewards the best robotic dairy producers across North America.
Throughout 2018, DeLaval has recognized and awarded top producers at regional VMS PRO events in the United States and Canada. These events featured success stories, presentations from industry experts, and farm tours. Fernando Cuccioli, DeLaval Regional President, North America, urges dairy farmers to “prepare for an even higher level of excitement and expertise at VMS PRO North America.”

Day one kicks off with a keynote speaker, Tom Thibodeau, Distinguished Professor of Servant Leadership at Viterbo University. Because robots enable a different type of employee role on dairies, his presentation on Servant Leadership will help owners empower their employees to take on that new challenge. The day continues with presentations from Voluntary Milking System (VMS) producers and the crowning of North America’s number one robotic dairy producer. Breakout sessions on day two will cover:
