DeLaval to Present at High Plaines Dairy Conference

BANNOCKBURN, IL (February 15, 2016)

Dr. Charlton graduated from the University of Guelph, Ontario Veterinary College.  She is passionate about animals, science, travel and agriculture. Dr. Charlton has consulted with dairy operators in Canada, USA, China, Russia, Kazakhstan and the Middle East in an effort to help the dairy cow and calf. In 2010 she joined DeLaval Canada as a Herd Management Specialist and currently helps bridge the gap between technology and products with on-farm herd management results.

“Even a simple parlor update which includes milk meters or automatic take-offs will cause frustration if the proper discussions do not take place,” says Dr. Charlton, “No matter how a producer defines outstanding performance, a qualified dairy management advisor will help get the basics right. Installing new technology doesn’t need to be complicated if the right conversations happen early on.”
