FastBail™
The DeLaval E-Series Rotaries designed to create continuous and consistent movement of cows through milking - we call this Fast Flow. At the heart of this system is a bail that cows want to enter. This is the secret of DeLaval FastBail. With an open, low, slim profile bail with no sharp edges cows are eager to get onto the platform. FastBail can be teamed with an optional 1.5 cow or wider entry for high throughput and seamless cow traffic.
- Better positioning of the leg closest to the cabinet so it is out of the way during attach and retract
- In line milk tube support follows the cluster during the attach process and does not require a second step for positioning
- Comfort start enabled, allowing the milker to lift the cluster and start vacuum and pulsation
FastExit™
The E-Series Rotaries harness many of the exit features pioneered by DeLaval over the last decades on some of our largest, highest throughput rotary systems ever made. The key is the combination of an angled bail, a low profile bail and an exit bow. This creates a simple and comfortable exit for your cows, and this translates directly to speed of exit.
- The exit bow works with the angle of the bail to naturally guide the cow in the direction she needs to turn for exit
- Low profile bail allows cows to exit the rotary without the need to navigate the bail
- The angled bail turns the cows towards the direction of exit
