Champion™ parallel parlour
- Vertical lift front end
- Unique open bottom neck-rail
The Champion parallel parlor lifts vertically to release the cows. As soon as the cows pass under the fronts, the stalls may be lowered and reloading can begin immediately. Sequencing gates are mounted to the stalls. When the stalls go up, the sequencing gates go up with them and the cows have a totally open platform for exiting. The unique open bottom neck-rail promotes fast, natural cow loading and proper cow contact.
With optional air-powered ALL-INDEX neck-rail indexes all the cows at the same time. This system encourages all cows back against the 8” wide elevated gutter, positioning each udder close to the operator to make the milking routine easier. Proper indexing is the key to safe, comfortable, clean and efficient milking.
Robust and reliable
- Exclusive ALL-EXIT™ front end
- Air control system
The ALL-EXIT front end is raised and lowered by a draw bar system. This system consists of horizontal cylinders connected to a single drawbar, which raises and lowers the front end evenly resulting in higher efficiency and extending the life of the parlor. This system has an air control box with built-in filter/regulator to provide cleaner air ensuring longer life to the air components. Raising and lowering of the front end is controlled through counter-balancing air circuitry-providing a level of protection.
The Champion is designed to be part of a complete system for your new or existing dairy center. Rest assured that your DeLaval equipment selection is designed to work as one – from milking, herd management and cleaning to vacuum, pulsation and cooling. You choose the level of automation you need – from basic controllers to DelPro Farm Manager-connected milking point controllers with choice of ICAR approved milk meters, basic milk yield indicators, or sensors. Take-off units can be integrated into cabinets or mounted as a standalone. Other options such as remote start, deck flush and individual stall ID are also available.
