Store Person - Alan Sexton Ltd

Proactive person to manage and develop a busy and profitable retail parts department within the Dairy Industry.

The right person will be a highly motivated, driven, enthusiastic, self-starter who will relish the opportunity of joining a rapidly growing, dynamic business with a unique offering in DeLaval Milking Systems and farm solutions in North Cork/Limerick/Clare Area.

Your responsibilities as a Store person will include:

• Serving customers and dealing with products and services both face-to-face and on the phone.
• Merchandising displays & products.
• Managing stock and deliveries.
• Forklift duties- loading and unloading deliveries.
• Pre-picking stock for Internal Staff for Service and Installation.
• Housekeeping within the store.
• Support other Team members within the business.
• Work with the management team of the business.

Skills:

• Must have a proactive mind set.
• Knowledge of Agriculture products/ Dairy Industry is desirable but not essential.
• Communication and customer service skills are essential.
• IT Skills.
• Forklift training, Manual Handling desirable but can be provided.
• Knowledge of Stock Control.
• Ability to work both independently and part of a team.
