DeLaval cow mat RM21BS

DeLaval RM21BS cubicle mat is a medium-soft rubber mat for tethered stalls, but can also be used in cubicles. The conical studs on the underside of the mat make it soft and shock-absorbing. The studs also allow water to drain away. The mat has a built-in slope at the rear edge to allow urine to run off. The edge towards the manure channel is thicker, which prevents dirt from getting under the mat. The surface is designed in a triangular pattern that minimises the risk of slipping and is easy to clean. The stall mat is easy to install. At the front edge of the mat there are three pre-drilled countersunk holes that fit the plastic expander perfectly. The solid section at the rear edge closes the gap towards the channel to prevent dirt from collecting under the mat. The mats are laid in the stall with a gap of 3 mm (equal to the width of a ruler).
