Field Sales Executive - DeLaval dealer Alan Sexton Ltd, Co. Cork

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a recognised company within the agricultural sector situated in North Cork and covering the North Cork, Limerick and South Clare region. Alan Sexton Ltd. are a DeLaval agency supplying the Dairy Farming Industry with Milking Machines and ancillary consumables. In addition we provide a full aftersales service.

We are looking for a driven, energetic and knowledgeable Sales professional who can join our growing team and ensure that we optimise the Customer Service, Relationships and product offerings to the customers in our region. Working days: Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate thorough product knowledge to new and existing customers.
• Ensure full territory is covered through the creation and compliance to Route plans
• Proactively engage with clients to identify their needs from current offering and identify new lines
• Build and maintain customer relationships through the delivery of excellent customer service
• Ensure that you are conducting regular Market Research and are aware of Competitor offerings and strategies as they impact on our business
• Excellent opportunity to generate new business in the designated Region
• Forecast demand and liaise closely with the store to ensure stock levels are managed
• Drive the attainment of Sales and Financial targets on a Monthly/Annual basis

Requirements:

• 3 years’ experience working as a Field Sales Professional.
• 1 years’ experience within the Agricultural sector desired.
• Full clean driving license and ability to travel as required.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
