Service Engineer (Remen Agri)

Remen Agri & General Supplies Ltd is seeking applications from energetic, ambitious persons who want to develop their career with an established successful Dairy Technology Equipment Business in Tipperary. The successful candidate will become an integral part of a team who deliver a professional service to all its customers.

Responsibilities: 

• Installation of Milking Machine systems at customer site.
• Carry out Services at customer site. 
• Respond to breakdowns at customer sites to minimise down time for the customer.
• Carry out all works to the highest quality standards.
• Create customer invoice for works carried out in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide feedback to the customer as required.
• Display a positive and flexible attitude. 
• Attend any training, both external and “on the job” and take a proactive approach to learning the range of DeLaval products.
• Work as part of a team and contribute to the overall success of the company.

The successful applicant will have the majority of the following attributes: 

• Experience of Service work within the Agricultural industry, is recommended but not necessary as training will be provided.
• Proven record of outstanding customer relations.
• Fluent in English with good communication skills at all levels, demonstrating excellent verbal & written skills. IT skills would be an advantage. 
• Technical and Mechanical knowledge.
• Interest in animal husbandry and milk production is an advantage.
• Is flexible with ability to plan, prioritise and improvise according to demand.
• Is a cross functional team member with good cooperation and communication skills.
• Can identify and react to customer needs.
• Helps colleagues in the best interests of the customer.
• Builds trust through their knowledge and skills.
