DeLaval chlorine free detergent CFD100
A liquid alkaline detergent, free of chlorine and phosphorus compounds, developed specifically by DeLaval for hard water environments. As a complement to existing tried and tested DeLaval detergents, DeLaval chlorine free detergent CFD100 is the product for dairies requesting chlorine free or disinfectant free cleaning, even in the most extreme hard water conditions.

Highly concentrated liquid alkaline detergent for milking and cooling equipment, free of chlorine and phosphorus compounds. It is formulated with very efficient water hardness dispersers, achieving very good cleaning results even in extremely hard conditions. Alternate with a DeLaval acid detergent, frequency depending on water hardness. For advice, contact the DeLaval service technician in your area.
Dosage recommendation | Dose at 30-50ml per 10L of water (0,3-0,5%). Alternate cleaning: check the cleaning result and adjust dosage if needed. Alkali dominant cleaning: check the cleaning result and adjust dosage of the detergent and/or increase the frequency of the acid wash. Consider use of a DeLaval Biocidal CIP solution if needed. |

User instructions | After milking, empty the installation of all residual milk traces. Pre-rinse with luke warm water (35-40°C). Dose DeLaval chlorine free detergent CFD100 in hot water (60-85°C). Circulate the solution 7-10 minutes. Always keep water temperature above 40°C. Check cluster and water flow, run solution to waste after cleaning. Remove the cleaning solution. Rinse the installation with clean cold water. Let the installation dry. |
Storage conditions | Store in a cool, dry, safe and frost-free place in the original container tightly closed. Viscosity of the product will change if its temperature gets below 10°C. Ask your DeLaval technician for advice to adjust pump running time in spring and autumn. Keep away from direct sunlight and high temperatures. Keep out of reach of children. |
